Sales Associate-Inside Sales

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for enhancing your product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries. Your role will involve greeting customers warmly and building rapport with them to ensure a positive interaction. Additionally, you will be tasked with following up with customers to maintain relationships and provide necessary support. A key aspect of your responsibilities will include developing a personalized marketing plan to engage with customers and drive sales. You will be expected to achieve monthly sales targets by leveraging your excellent oral communication skills and adhering to best practices in customer service during all customer interactions. This is a permanent position with a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of total work experience, preferably in a similar role. The work location will be in person, providing you with the opportunity to directly engage with customers and deliver exceptional service.,
