Full job description

As a Sales & Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting the team in achieving sales targets. You’ll play a key role in lead generation, client conversions, and promoting the firm’s services through on-ground marketing and collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential and commercial segments.

Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and convert leads into confirmed projects.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, and vendors.

Develop and execute marketing strategies (offline) to increase visibility and sales.

Coordinate with the design team to prepare project proposals, quotations, and presentations.

Prepare and maintain sales reports and client databases.

Attend exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings to represent the brand.

Conduct market research to track competitor activities and industry trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
