Job description

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Identify customer needs through effective communication and active listening.
• Provide product or service information, and make recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Actively promote and sell products or services to meet individual and team sales targets.
• Utilize effective sales techniques, such as upselling and cross-selling, to maximize revenue.
• Stay informed about product features, benefits, and promotions to effectively communicate them to customers.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the products or services offered.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively position our offerings in the market.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
• Collaborate with other members of the sales team to achieve collective goals.
• Share insights and feedback with the team and management to enhance overall sales strategies.
• Participate in merchandising activities, including restocking shelves and arranging displays to attract customer attention.
• Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Stay informed about new products and updates to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
