Job Summary Head Cashier Experience - 3 to 5 Years Oversee all cash transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges. Ensure accuracy in handling cash, checks, and electronic transactions. Monitor and reconcile cash registers at the end of each shift. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and handling customer complaints related to transactions. Train cashiers to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with customers. Prepare and maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports. Reconcile cash registers and report any discrepancies to management. Monitor and manage the cash flow to ensure there is an adequate amount of change available. Order and manage the replenishment of cash as needed. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and other relevant cash management technologies. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or a related field is a plus. Proven experience in cashier or cash management roles, preferably in the textile industry. Strong mathematical and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
