Position Overview: We are hiring a Sales Assistant who will play a key role in engaging with walk-in customers, explaining product features, maintaining store presentation, and supporting the sales team in daily operations. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in the store. Explain product features, specifications, and benefits. Maintain clean and organized display areas. Coordinate with the sales and inventory team for order processing. Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets. Requirements: Minimum 10th pass / Any qualification. Good communication skills in Tamil (Basic English is a plus). Prior sales or retail experience preferred but not mandatory. Friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude. Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
