Position Overview:

We are hiring a Sales Assistant who will play a key role in engaging with walk-in customers, explaining product features, maintaining store presentation, and supporting the sales team in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in the store.
• Explain product features, specifications, and benefits.
• Maintain clean and organized display areas.
• Coordinate with the sales and inventory team for order processing.
• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th pass / Any qualification.
• Good communication skills in Tamil (Basic English is a plus).
• Prior sales or retail experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
