Key Responsibilities: Sales & Lead Generation

• Identify potential B2B clients .
• Interact with B2C prospects for Online MBA and Study Abroad programs.
• Counsel and convert leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Conduct product presentations and demos to individual students or institutions.

Marketing & Outreach

• Support social media campaigns and offline marketing activities.
• Help design and execute email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and promotional content.
• Participate in seminars, webinars, and education fairs to promote Edhike's offerings.

CRM & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
• Prepare weekly reports on outreach, follow-ups, and conversions.
