Sales and Marketing Intern

Bleu Orbit is a Goa-based digital marketing and content agency helping brands grow through strategic social media, paid ads, and high-quality photo/video content. We work with clients across hospitality, real estate, and lifestyle brands to create impactful online presence

We're looking for someone who can help us grow by identifying potential leads, initiating contact, and supporting the conversion process, all while maintaining accurate documentation.

Your core responsibility will be to:

• Identify and research ideal prospects based on our target criteria
• Perform outreach via email, LinkedIn, or other platforms
• Engage prospects and help move them toward conversion (with support)
• Create and manage lead tracking documents (Google Sheets, CRM, etc.)
• Assist in preparing client-facing documents (proposals, summaries, etc.)

Requirements:

• Basic experience in lead generation, sales outreach, or customer success
• Strong written English and professional communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented (good with spreadsheets and basic documentation)
• Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, LinkedIn, Notion, or similar
• Bonus: Familiarity with CRMs, cold outreach tools, or email automation

Compensation:

• Hourly or fixed (based on experience)
• Bonus available for high-performing candidates who help convert leads
