About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

Online Sales & Marketing

  • Plan and execute online sales strategies to promote company programs and services.
  • Handle social media marketing across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create engaging content, campaigns, and ads to attract potential customers.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results.

Lead Generation

  • Generate qualified leads through online campaigns, social media promotions, and digital outreach.
  • Maintain and track incoming leads through CRM or spreadsheets.
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into meetings or sales opportunities.

Client Interaction

  • Conduct client meetings (online/offline) to explain programs and offerings.
  • Present proposals and solutions clearly and professionally.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.

Sales Activities

  • Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Support the team in preparing presentations, brochures, and sales materials.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth on boarding of clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 13 years of experience in sales, online marketing, or social media marketing (fresher's with strong skills may apply).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and online lead-generation methods.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle meetings confidently and build client rapport.
  • Basic knowledge of digital tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, CRM, MS Office).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in EdTech, STEM programs, training services, or B2B/B2C online sales.
  • Ability to create ad creatives, reels, or short promotional videos.
  • Strong negotiation skills and goal-oriented mind set.
