Job description

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and self-driven Sales & Marketing Executive (Female) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasing personality, and an interest in sales, client handling, and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Explain company services/products to prospective clients.
• Handle client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
• Maintain strong client relationships and follow up regularly.
• Assist in creating marketing content, campaigns, and promotional material.
• Coordinate with the internal team for service delivery.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare reports.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal & written communication (English, Hindi, Punjabi).
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing (preferred, not mandatory).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good understanding of social media platforms.

Qualification

• Graduation in any stream (BBA, B.Com, BA, MBA preferred).
• Freshers are welcome, but must have good command in english
