Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to drive client engagement and brand growth in the interiors and architecture domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design, excellent interpersonal skills, and a sharp eye for marketing trends. This role will focus on building and maintaining relationships with interior designers and architects, identifying new residential projects in Chennai, and crafting innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and meet with interior designers, architects, and relevant stakeholders across Chennai.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships to create ongoing business opportunities.
- Follow up consistently with existing and potential clients to nurture leads and convert them to sales.

Market Research & Lead Generation :
- Proactively track and research new and upcoming residential projects in and around Chennai.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of architects, interior designers, builders, and developers.

Marketing Strategy & Execution :
- Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and client engagement.
- Propose and execute pop-up events, in-studio activations.
- Collaborate with the design and content team for promotional materials.

Performance Reporting :
- Report regularly on progress, challenges, and new opportunities to the management.

Required Skill Sets :
- Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong networking and interpersonal abilities
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset

- Good knowledge of the Chennai real estate and design ecosystem - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team - Comfortable with frequent travel within the city

Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration and related fields. - 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or client-facing roles
- Fluency in English and Tamil
- Prior experience working with interior designers, architects, is a strong plus

Compensation Structure :
- Base salary of Rs.15000-Rs.25000 per month
- On completion of monthly target, additional amount of 100% of monthly salary
- On surpassing the target, additional incentive bonus on excess amount as percent of sale will be given.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
