Job Summary: The Chemical Marketing and Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling chemical products to industrial clients, maintaining existing customer relationships, and developing new business opportunities. The role requires strong knowledge of chemical products, market trends, and sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Identify and target potential customers in relevant industries (pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, textiles, plastics, etc.). Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets. Conduct regular client visits and technical presentations. Marketing: Analyze market trends and competitor products. Promote new or existing chemical products through technical and commercial proposals. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry conferences. Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with key customers. Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively. Ensure timely order processing, delivery, and after-sales support. Technical Support: Coordinate with R&D and technical teams to understand product applications and provide solutions to clients. Provide product training to clients as needed. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and budgets. Maintain records of customer interactions, contracts, and price negotiations.
