Administrative & Office Duties

• Handle calendars, travel bookings (domestic & international), expense reporting velvetjobs.com
• Maintain office documentation: files, invoices, purchase orders, and correspondence
• Act as liaison between HQ in Taiwan and India; assist with translation if needed
• Provide general office support: travel arrangements, meeting minutes, procurement of stationery/supplies
• Ideal Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
Experience:

• 1–2 years in a hybrid support role covering sales, marketing, and general administration
• Exposure to B2B environments—tech, machinery, manufacturing, recycling is a strong plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
