Roles and Responsibility
Connect with prospective clients through company-generated and self-generated leads.
Understand clients’ immigration goals through detailed consultations.
Guide clients on Permanent Residency, Work Permits, Business Immigration, Investment Migration, Student Visas, Golden Visas and Citizenship Programs.
Explain immigration pathways based on current immigration laws, policies and eligibility criteria.
Conduct professional consultations and build long-term client relationships.
Follow up with clients throughout the sales process and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Coordinate with internal processing teams for smooth client onboarding.
Achieve monthly performance and revenue targets.
Continuously upgrade knowledge of global immigration programs through internal training.
