Job Overview

Universal PSR Compliance LLP is hiring a Business Development Executive to promote and sell regulatory, legal, and business compliance services to companies, manufacturers, traders, startups, NGOs, and entrepreneurs.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their business requirements, explaining relevant compliance services, following up on leads, and converting prospects into paying customers.

We are looking for a motivated sales professional with strong communication skills, a client-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate business leads through outbound calling, follow-ups, referrals, and other sales channels.
• Contact prospective clients and identify their regulatory and legal compliance requirements.
• Promote services such as company registration, LLP registration, FSSAI licensing, NGO registration, Section 8 company registration, 12A and 80G registration, pollution control NOC, CTE/CTO, LMPC registration, BIS certification, EPR registration, drug licensing, and other compliance services.
• Explain service scope, documentation requirements, processes, and professional fees to prospective clients.
• Prepare and share quotations and follow up with prospects to close sales.
• Handle client queries, objections, and negotiations professionally.
• Maintain accurate lead details, follow-up records, and sales updates in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal operations and execution teams after order confirmation.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Develop long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.

Eligibility and Skills

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may apply; experienced candidates are preferred.
• Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, telecalling, or client acquisition is an advantage.
• Experience selling regulatory compliance services, legal consultancy, company registration, accounting, taxation, or other professional services will be preferred.
• Good verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
• Confidence in making outbound calls and conducting regular follow-ups.
• Familiarity with CRM software, MS Excel, and basic computer applications.
• A target-oriented mindset and the ability to convert leads into sales.
