Sales Advisor (Financial Products)

As a Sales Advisor for Financial Products, your role will involve identifying and generating new sales leads through various tactics such as networking, cold calling, and other sales strategies. You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding set sales goals and quotas regularly. It is essential to stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to tailor your sales approach effectively. Keeping up-to-date with sales strategies, market trends, and industry developments will be crucial in developing and implementing sales plans to achieve the company's short-term and long-term sales objectives. Your qualifications for this role include a mandatory Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales. You should possess excellent sales and negotiation skills, be results-oriented, target-driven, and have a good understanding of financial products and services. In addition to the base salary ranging from 20,000.00 to 30,000.00 per month, you will be eligible for incentives based on your performance. The working hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, six days a week at various locations including Kottayam-Ettumannur Branch, Kuravilangadu, Kozhancherry Branch, Konny Branch, Changanacherry, Alapuzha, Kottayam-K K Road, Pathanamthitta, Kattappana, Kanjirapally, Pala, Thiruvalla, Erattupetta, Kaduthuruthy, Mallappally, and Kottayam-Nagampadom.
