As an HR Recruiter, your main responsibility will be Talent Acquisition and Onboarding. You will be responsible for handling the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes recruitment for Store and Non-Store positions through various channels such as Job Portals, Placement Consultants, Campus Placement, Employee Referrals, Walk-ins, Headhunting, and company database. Additionally, you will partner with operations teams to determine manpower requirements and handle salary fitment and negotiation based on competitor analysis. Other key responsibilities include completing all formalities related to new employee onboarding like issuing Employee Code, ID card, Visiting Card, and Mediclaim Card. You will also be responsible for processing recruitment actions through the Company Portal, handling employee grievances, and maintaining all recruitment-related MIS reports, new joining trackers, and source mix analysis. Furthermore, you will be expected to prepare and conduct employee induction programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the organization. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience and a combination of Any Graduate degree along with an MBA qualification. The job locations for this position are Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Chennai, and Nagpur.,
