🔹 Job Title: Sales Executive – Salaried Personal Loan 🔹 Company: Bajaj Finserv 🔹 Location: Vishakapatnam, Andhra Pradesh 🔹 Experience: 0–1 Year 🔹 Salary: ₹16,500 (In-hand) + Attractive Incentives 🔹 Job Type: Full-Time/Off role 🔹 Gender: Male/Female 🔹 Qualification: Graduation (Any stream) 🔹 Mandatory: Own Vehicle & Laptop Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell personal loan products to salaried individuals. Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and referrals. Meet daily/monthly sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction. Conduct customer profiling and complete loan documentation. Follow up with prospects and coordinate with credit and operations teams. Skills Required: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a sales-driven attitude.
