Job Summary: We're seeking a detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our machine shop team. You'll ensure our products meet the highest quality standards by developing and implementing quality control processes, conducting inspections, and collaborating with production teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures. 2. Conduct inspections and tests to ensure compliance with specifications. 3. Identify and address quality issues, implementing corrective actions. 4. Collaborate with production teams to improve manufacturing processes. 5. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 6. Maintain documentation and records of quality control activities. Preferred Skills: 1. Certification in quality engineering (e.g., CQE, CSQE). 2. Experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001). 3. Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and lean manufacturing principles. Requirements : 1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field. 2. Experience in quality engineering, preferably in a machine shop or manufacturing environment. 3. Strong knowledge of quality control principles, GD&T, and inspection tools. 4.
