We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Aircraft Avionics Technician with a minimum of 10 years in the aviation industry to join our mission. 🔧 Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintenance of Electrical & Avionics systems and its subsystem using various Manuals. Inspection, testing, and troubleshooting using associated diagnostic tools & testers as per AMM. Knowledge of repair, calibration and BIT of flight control, autopilot, and various associated LRU. Perform routine maintenance ensuring airworthiness and safety standard. Knowledge of software upgrade procedure and support system integration with all safety pecautions. Knowledge of aircraft documentation. 🚀 We're Hiring: Continuous Airworthiness Manager Sakthi Aircraft Industry Pvt. Ltd. seeks an experienced Continuous Airworthiness Manager (CAM). You will ensure the airworthiness of aircraft like Diamond DA40 NG and DA42, managing compliance with DGCA regulations and coordinating with maintenance teams. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of CAMO experience, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to safety and regulatory standards. Primary Responsibilities: • Monitor and maintain continuing airworthiness for aircraft under CAMO scope. • Ensure compliance with DGCA CAR-M, CAR-145, and international standards. • Develop and manage maintenance programs, including airworthiness directives and service bulletins. • Coordinate with MRO teams for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. • Maintain accurate airworthiness records and documentation in ERP systems. • Liaise with DGCA and OEMs to resolve airworthiness issues. • Support audits and implement corrective actions to uphold standards. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or AME School Graduate from a recognized institution. • AME Training School Certificate (essential). • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO). • Knowledge of DGCA CAR-M regulations and airworthiness processes. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with Diamond DA40 NG or DA42 aircraft. • Familiarity with aviation ERP systems and digital CAMO tools. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Previous audit or compliance management experience.
