Analyze root causes of incidents and recommend preventive actions. 5. Quality Control & Assurance Review and approve Method Statements and Quality Control Procedures. Inspect work and materials to ensure compliance with approved specifications and quality standards. Maintain documentation of site lab tests, inspections, and quality audits. Documentation & Reporting Maintain detailed records including site photos, snag lists, testing logs, invoices, and project reports. Lead the preparation of project handover documents including as-built drawings, manuals, and client deliverables. Report weekly progress to management and clients. Ensure proper documentation for variations, claims, and change management. 7. Handover & Close-out Oversee snag list closure and coordinate with vendors and consultants for final completion.
