Job Summary We are looking for a hands-on and creative Branding & Communication Specialist to independently drive our branding, communications, and digital engagement initiatives. This role is designed for a strong individual contributor who can execute end-to-end branding activities—from managing digital platforms and creating content to handling PR outreach, internal communications, and event coordination. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in storytelling, digital branding, and stakeholder collaboration to build a consistent and impactful brand identity. Key Responsibilities Digital & Social Media Branding Manage company LinkedIn and digital platforms by planning and executing engaging content and paid campaigns. Create digital assets such as videos, podcasts, newsletters, and leadership communication pieces. Support website revamp and digital asset enhancement projects. Public Relations & External Communications Independently build and maintain PR relationships with media outlets. Draft press releases, leadership articles, and thought-leadership content. Branding & Creative Execution Design and deliver branding and creative collateral. Script, storyboard, and coordinate production of corporate and YouTube videos. Ensure branding guidelines are applied consistently across channels. Internal Communications & Employer Branding Develop and circulate newsletters, updates, and communication campaigns for employees. Partner with talent acquisition to execute recruitment marketing initiatives. Events & Stakeholder Support Organize and manage PR events, corporate events, and internal branding initiatives. Liaise with vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of branding deliverables. Analytics & Reporting Track campaign performance, media coverage, and branding ROI. Prepare regular reports and insights to recommend improvements. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s/Master’s in Communications, Marketing, or related fields . Engineering Background is added advantage. 5–8 years of hands-on experience in branding, corporate communications, or digital marketing . Strong content creation, storytelling, and campaign management skills. Proficiency with design and editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, video editing). Should have strong business acumen to understand various manufacturing digital solutions offered Experience in event planning and vendor coordination. This role will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees, driving people strategy aligned with our growth and transformation agenda. The HRBP will be responsible for enabling a high-performance culture, managing talent and organizational development, and ensuring seamless HR operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong business acumen, stakeholder management skills, and hands-on HR expertise to support a rapidly scaling digital innovation environment. Key Responsibilities Business Partnership Act as the primary HR point of contact for business leaders and employees. Understand business priorities and translate them into HR solutions that drive performance and engagement. Partner with leadership teams on organization design, workforce planning, and change management. 2. Talent & Performance Management Lead the Performance Management cycle, ensuring goal alignment, feedback culture, and talent differentiation. Partner with managers to identify high-potential talent and design career development plans. Support succession planning for critical roles. 3.
