You are a detail-oriented and proactive MIS Manager responsible for overseeing daily reporting, target monitoring, and performance tracking across Collections, Sales, and other target-driven departments. Your primary role involves handling real-time data from system-generated allocations to ensure accuracy and support management in making quick and effective decisions. Your key responsibilities include: 1. Daily Reporting - Collections: - Prepare and maintain daily collection reports segmented by various parameters. - Allocate and record daily targets for collection executives and third-party agencies. - Monitor actual collections vs. targets, identify shortfalls, and take corrective action. - Share accurate reports with relevant departments and management. 2. Daily Reporting - Sales: - Compile and circulate daily sales performance reports. - Analyze actual sales vs. targets with variance analysis. - Provide custom MIS support for sales decision-making. 3. Monthly Incentive Calculations: - Collect and verify monthly sales & collection performance data. - Calculate incentives based on pre-defined structures. - Maintain collection & vehicle seize service agency data. 4. Coordination & Communication: - Coordinate with Sales, Collections, HR, and Finance for data gathering and validation. - Ensure timely communication of daily targets to managers and teams. Requirements: - Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Formulas, Dashboards). - Strong analytical and reporting abilities. - Excellent communication and coordination skills. - Experience in target-driven performance monitoring.
