We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Merchandising Manager to lead buyer communications and ensure seamless order execution from development to delivery. This role demands sharp commercial acumen, a solution-driven mindset, and strong coordination across internal teams and buyer accounts. Role & responsibilities Understand buyer requirements and orders Act as the primary point of contact for all buyer communications and relationship management. Provide regular updates to buyers on order status, approvals, and shipment timelines. Address and resolve buyer concerns by coordinating with sampling, production, and quality teams. Prepare initial costings and handle price negotiations Follow up for timely buyer approvals and feedback on samples and production stages. Track all running orders and coordinate closely with the production team to ensure timely execution. Maintain reorder/repeat order sheets and ensure clarity on ongoing and repeat styles. Supervise and mentor junior merchandisers within the team. Ensure compliance with buyer shipping protocols and documentation standards. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 4 years of experience in merchandising for knits garments within the apparel manufacturing industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and buyer-handling skills. Proficient in working with international buyers and managing large-volume orders. Proven ability to lead a team and handle multiple accounts simultaneously.

Role & responsibilities Responsible for bookkeeping, managing accounts payable/receivable, and maintaining records in TALLY. Maintaining balance sheets, reconciling bank and account statements. Making salary with help of consultant. Ensuring compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESIC. Handling tax payments, filing returns, managing GST invoices and coordination with CA. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. At least 3-6 years of experience in accounting or a related field. Strong proficiency in Excel, Tally and other accounting softwares. Ability to accurately reconcile and analyze accounts, and identify and resolve discrepancies The ideal candidate should be well versed with TDS, GST, Other Taxation & their compliances, Journal entry, Purchase & Sales, Tally ERP 9, Banking, Reconciliation of Debtors, Creditor and Banks, Salary, Billing, PO/Contract, Payment collection, Banking work etc
