The Mechanical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily maintenance operations, implementing preventive maintenance programs, conducting inspections, and managing the maintenance team. The role also includes coordinating maintenance activities and ensuring that machinery and equipment perform optimally. Qualifications Supervisory Skills for effective team management Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance skills to ensure machinery longevity and reliability Maintenance Management and Inspection skills for overseeing maintenance operations and ensuring compliance Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work on-site in Hazaribagh Relevant experience in mechanical supervision or a related field Engineering degree or equivalent qualification in a related discipline is preferred
