You will be responsible for managing the accounts department and overseeing all financial activities of the company. Your role will involve maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. - Manage the accounts department and supervise a team of accountants - Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software, primarily Tally - Prepare financial statements and reports for senior management - Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations - Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support business decisions Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - Professional certification such as CA, CMA, or ACCA would be preferred - Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance roles Please note that this job is a permanent position and requires you to work in person at our company location.,
