Job Title: Junior Accountant / Accountant – Entry Level Location: Sriperumbudur Job Type: Full-Time Department: Accounts & Finance Reports To: Senior Accountant / Finance Manager Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Accountant to join our finance team. The candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations and assist with financial reporting, invoice processing, and data entry. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals starting their accounting career. Key Responsibilities: Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate financial records. Support the preparation of vouchers, invoices, and purchase orders. Help with daily bookkeeping activities such as journal entries and ledgers. Assist in bank reconciliations and accounts payable/receivable functions. Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounts-related records. Coordinate with other departments for billing and expense reports. Support in monthly and annual financial closings. Learn and apply accounting procedures and policies. Required Qualifications: B.Com / M.Com / BBA Finance or equivalent (Freshers can apply). Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with Tally / any accounting software is a plus. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Preferred Skills (Added Advantage): Internship experience in accounting or finance roles.
