Role & Responsibilities Generate leads and convert them into clients for advertising services Visit clients in Chandigarh and nearby areas to promote company offerings Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business Coordinate with the Sales Manager and follow assigned daily/weekly targets Submit daily reports and follow SOPs for attendance and client follow-up Assist in collecting feedback and resolving client queries promptly Ensure proper documentation and CRM updates after each visit Preferred Candidate Profile 24 years of experience in field sales, preferably in advertising or service industry Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and Punjabi Familiarity with Chandigarh market and local client outreach Ability to work independently and meet daily visit targets Basic knowledge of CRM tools or Excel for lead tracking Punctual, disciplined, and committed to structured reporting Graduate from any stream; candidates from any industry welcome Candidates willing to relocate to Chandigarh are also encouraged
