Role & responsibilities : 1. OVERSEEING DAILY OPERATIONS : *Manage and supervise day-to-day business activities. *Ensure smooth functioning of all departments (logistics, HR, admin, finance,etc.). *Monitor performance and productivity. 2. PROCESS IMPROVEMENT : *Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements. *Streamline operations to increase effectiveness and reduce costs. 3. TEAM MANAGEMENT : *Recruit, train and supervise staff. *Assign responsibilities and evaluate employee performance. *Foster a positive work environment. 4. INVENTORY & RESOURCE MANAGEMENT : *Ensure optimal use of company resources (manpower, material, machines). *Oversee inventory levels and supply chain processes. 5. BUDGETING AND COST CONTROL : *Prepare and manage operational budgets. *Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving strategies. 6. COMPLIANCE AND SAFETY : Ensure operations comply with company policies, legal regulations and safety standards. 7. STRATEGIC PLANNING : *Set operational goals aligned with company objects. *Develop and implement strategies to achieve these goals. 8. REPORTING AND ANALYSIS : *Generate regular performance and progress reports. *Use data to make informed operational decisions. 9. VENDOR AND CLIENT COORDINATION : *Negotiate contracts and maintain strong business relationships. *Liaise with suppliers, service providers and clients.
