Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and creative Fresh Architect to join our construction team. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, a good understanding of architectural principles, and the ability to convert ideas into detailed drawings. You will work closely with senior architects, engineers, and the project team to bring concepts to reality. Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing architectural designs and drawings for residential, commercial, and other projects. Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials using CAD and design software. Support in site visits, measurement, and documentation. Coordinate with the design and construction teams to ensure designs are practical and feasible. Research materials, finishes, and latest design trends. Maintain project documentation and design files. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar design software. Strong creativity, visualization, and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
