To follow all the clinical instruction as per the Doctors order on time which include: Vital Signs monitoring. Patient and Personal Hygiene. Following HICC protocol, ISBAR, AIDET Scripts, HAI Care Bundle and IPSG and other checklists. Structured entry in Nurses record. Right medication to right patient on time Sample collected and send for processing. Safe transfusion. Safe IV canulation To closely monitor and asses vulnerable and bedridden patient to ensure no single patient fall or bedsore happen to patient. To check the inventory before each shift as assigned by the incharge. To ensure the personal property are handed over to the relative once patient get admitted. To ensure all the information regarding to patient rights, treatment information and patient safety is communicate to each and every admitted patient. To have regular clear communication with Doctors, Wards, Pharmacy, Radiology, Front office OT,ICU, to minimize the communication gap and optimize the nursing care. To ensure that the privacy of patient is maintained during the entire course of treatment, procedure, investigation and during transport. To ensure that in case of all Insurance and Corporate patient all the necessary entries are completed on time accurately to reduce the billing turnaround time. 8 hours of mandatory CNE to be attended in a month . Responsible for the assigned patients overall requirement and ensure patients needs are met.

Implement and monitor clinical and administrative SOPs to maintain consistent and quality service delivery. Foster a culture of courteous, efficient, and personalized service for patients, visitors, and other stakeholders. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) of the hospital; initiate corrective actions and continuous improvement plans as needed.

Responsibilities Conduct initial patient assessments and diagnose medical conditions. Provide immediate care and treatment to patients with acute illnesses or injuries. Administer medications and treatments as per hospital protocols. Coordinate with nursing staff and other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and detailed patient medical records. Respond to medical emergencies and provide advanced life support when necessary. Ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems and related procedures are functioning properly. Receives complaints from the complaints division of IT and attends to it as early as possible. Identifies and rectifies the problem and also train the user on avoiding the problems in future. Planning for more efficient systems, Upgradation of software for better performance of database. Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements. Install and configure all the systems in the Hospital systems Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures. Contribute to and maintain system standards. Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups etc. Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions. Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media. Investigate and troubleshoot issues. Repair and recover from hardware or software failures. Maintain operational, configuration or other procedures. Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning. Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades as required. Configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions as required. Maintain and monitoring equipment. Carries out other related tasks. Any other jobs assigned by the reporting authority as per exigencies of work.
