Job Description / Responsibilities Coordinate all phases of the project, including planning, mobilization, intervention, and assessment, while developing and executing action plans, timelines, and training modules. Organize and implement a cascade training model to transfer knowledge effectively to trainers, health workers, volunteers, and elderly peer groups. Liaise with district health systems, local government, civil organizations, and community leaders to ensure seamless project implementation and foster partnerships. Conduct baseline and endline assessments to evaluate project outcomes using participatory methods and collect actionable feedback. To facilitate and coordinate between district officials, block medical officers, Mid-level health care providers about service delivery of National Health Programs & trainings of health and wellness centers Monitoring & supportive supervision report about our visited health & wellness center to district level officials and SHRC office. Provide technical supports to district officials. I have Monitoring HWC Services & programs. Design and implement comprehensive training and capacity-building plans to enhance skills and effectiveness of target groups.
