The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage the store’s inventory and vendors, and implement retail loss prevention strategies to minimize losses. Qualifications Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Strong Communication skills Experience in Store Management Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention Ability to manage a team and work collaboratively Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Experience in the retail industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred Fluency in Petpooja will be preferred
