Key responsibilities Executive support: Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings, including logistical arrangements for travel, meeting rooms, and technical needs. Communication and correspondence: Screen and prioritize incoming communication, draft and proofread documents, emails, and reports, and act as a point of contact for internal and external parties. Administrative management: Handle a wide range of administrative tasks, which may include processing expense reports, managing records, and maintaining a filing system. Information and reporting: Conduct research, compose reports, and prepare presentations to summarize data, budgets, or other business information for senior staff. Confidentiality and discretion: Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and implement measures to protect it. Supervision: In some roles, a senior secretary may be responsible for supervising, training, and guiding junior administrative staff.
