Company Description Hotel Sagar in Kozhikode: ​It is a restaurant of historical importance and is also known as 'Old Sagar'. Role Description This is a full-time on-site position for a Restaurant Captain at Hotal SAGAR , located in Kozhikode. The Restaurant Captain will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth service. Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing guest requests, maintaining service standards, and assisting in food and beverage operations. The role also involves providing effective leadership and fostering a positive dining experience for guests. Qualifications Proven Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively. Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to deliver a positive dining experience. Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with guests and staff. Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage operations and standards. Ability to manage high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts professionally and efficiently. Prior experience in a similar role in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is highly desirable. Flexible and adaptable with a keen attention to detail and service excellence.
