SCM Sr. Engineer / Material Planner

Mission: Supply Chain Sr. Engineer is responsible to track the availability of all the parts needed for reassembly. Anticipate critical parts Follow up and escalated critical topics Manage routable flows Objective: Optimize resources and the scheduling of resources to meet production demand. Manage the resources in regards to meet the target date for each engines reassembly Roles and Responsibilities: Track the coverage of external procurement materials and repaired materials. Create and healthy relationship with the network teams for long term association. Perform SAP transactions for parts allocations. Coordinate activities between configuration team and warehouse team Launch the physical preparation of parts done by warehouse team. Anticipate all the critical parts needed for each Workscope in coordination with procurement Manage the rotable flow with all the stakeholders and perform the related SAP transactions. Should be well Versed with the metrics to track coverage Interact with logistics partners to track the shipments of critical parts. Define & deliver KPIs on supply performance Establishes, vigorously monitors and report KPIs & take proactive action to continuously strive for improvements Ensures exemplary communication with all stakeholders including internal associates, and global customers through regular local and global updates. Skills: System: Significant knowledge and past experience in Supply Chain processes (method, procurement, material follow-up) and relevant tools. •SAP MM module •Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint •Power BI Knowledge shall be an added advantage Operational: B Tech/B.E with 5~8 years Experience •Procurement Experience •Interpersonal and Team Building Skills •Problem solving, Communication & Team working. Role & responsibilities Reception of tooling and management of tool acceptance sheet Checking conformance and good condition of the tools Scanning and integration of documentation in dedicated software Checking consistency in data as per the existing documents Providing approval of the reception to Purchase team Creating work orders to ensure that tools used by operations are in good condition, properly calibrated and managed within the production line Managing the tooling fleet in dedicated software keep up to date the configuration of purchased tools: analyze evolutions, update tools. Gives advice on best practices and questions students to assure student assimilation with field maintenance procedures. Continuously observes trainees in shop setting and answers trainees' questions. Builds and maintains training aids. Administers written and practical exams. Stays up to date with engine modifications, publications revisions and field reporting. As one of the first employees of a large new engines maintenance facility, you will be a main actor of the setting up and the growing of the activity and you will support the growth by welcoming the next hired people.
