Leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team are key requirements for this position. Proficiency with HR software and tools is necessary to carry out your responsibilities efficiently. A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Experience in the travel industry would be considered a plus.
