Designation: Key Account Manager of Requirement: 1 Experience: 4-5 years Qualification: MMS/ MBA (Marketing)/ BMS Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand We are seeking strategic thinkers and proactive leaders who can bridge the gap between execution and strategy. As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing key relationships, driving results, and ensuring seamless communication. The ideal candidate will: - Act as the SPOC for Home owners: Serve as the single point of contact, taking ownership of tasks with a proactive approach. - This includes driving actions, solving problems efficiently, and ensuring timely follow-ups to deliver successful outcomes. - Think Strategically and Plan for Success: Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenues, plan effectively to achieve sales targets, and identify opportunities for growth, ensuring processes are followed, streamlined and aligned with organizational goals. - Coordinate and Drive Execution: Collaborate with all internal stakeholders to ensure tasks are not just communicated but actively followed up on until completion, maintaining accountability and delivering results. - Conduct Regular Governance Meets: Visit homes in your portfolio and meet homeowners at the villa, our office, or the HO office at regular intervals to strengthen relationships, review progress, and address governance matters effectively. Corporate Sales Manager (B2B / TA / MICE) North India | Hospitality Location: Delhi/NCR (covering North India). Industry: Hospitality Private Villas & Luxury Stays. We create meaningful getaways with personalized hospitality in stunning locations across the country. Role Highlights: Were looking for a Corporate Sales Manager to drive B2B partnerships, Travel Agent (TA) network expansion, and MICE sales in the North India market. If you have a strong network, love building relationships, and can close high-value deals in hospitality, wed love to meet you! What Youll Do: - Acquire & grow corporate, TA, and MICE accounts in North India. - Develop and execute strategies for corporate offsites, retreats & incentive travel. - Build and maintain strong client & partner relationships. - Achieve monthly/annual sales targets with a focus on revenue growth. - Represent SaffronStays at trade shows & networking events.
