Ensure compliance with company safety Rules, SOP’s.
Monitor daily work activities of B2/ SIPL & H2 to identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions and report to Safety officer
Ensure proper use of PPE by the plant workers as well as plant Staff (Helmet, Safety Shoes, Gloves, Goggles, etc.).
Stop unsafe work , act & Hazard and Report all near misses to Safety officer immediately.
Conduct daily safety rounds and inspections at the plant.
Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained (5S).
Conduct safety induction for new employees in absence of Safety officer , contract workers, and visitors.
Arrange toolbox talks ( TBT) and safety awareness sessions on regular basis
Basic knowledge of firefighting and first aid
Knowledge of industrial safety practices, Hazard identification & risk assessment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
