As a Safety Supervisor at HS CARRIERS working in Tata Steel, Meramandali within the Logistics Department, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations in a high-risk industrial and logistics environment. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor daily logistics operations to ensure safety compliance in activities such as loading/unloading, transport, and vehicle movement. - Conduct regular safety inspections and audits site-wide. - Enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) among all workers. - Identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions promptly. - Conduct toolbox talks and safety training sessions for all workers. - Investigate and report any incidents, accidents, or near misses that occur. - Maintain safety documentation and records as per Tata Steel safety standards. - Coordinate effectively with Tata Steel Safety Department and adhere to their safety protocols. Eligibility Criteria: - Education: Minimum 10th pass; candidates with a diploma in Industrial Safety or related field will be preferred. - Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar safety role within logistics, transport, or heavy industry. - Skills: Proficient knowledge of safety practices, ability to enforce safety regulations, and excellent communication skills.
