Safety Supervisor

Suncart is looking for a proactive and responsible Safety Supervisor who can ensure safety compliance at solar project sites, monitor daily activities, and enforce safety standards to create a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day activities at solar installation/project sites.
• Conduct Toolbox Talks (TBT) and safety training sessions for workers.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and enforce safety protocols.
• Identify hazards, assess risks, and implement preventive safety measures.
• Maintain inspection records, safety logs, audit checklists, and incident reports.
• Conduct preliminary investigations for accidents/near misses.
• Coordinate with project engineers and site teams to implement safety standards.
• Support emergency preparedness, evacuation drills, and safety awareness drives.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and company safety guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline + Safety Certification (NEBOSH, IOSH, or Govt. Safety Course).
• 1–3 years of experience as a Safety Supervisor (solar, construction, or industrial projects preferred).
• Good communication skills and ability to guide site workers.
• Strong knowledge of safety norms, hazard identification, and risk assessment.
• Ability to enforce safety rules politely yet firmly.
