Establish and manage emergency response procedures, including fire drills and evacuation plans, to ensure a safe and orderly response to emergencies. Ensure 100% compliance with local, state, and National, fire safety regulations, and Indian Standard codes. Conduct regular inspections and audits of fire safety equipment, systems, and facilities to identify and rectify potential hazards. Prepare safety training modules and provide training and education to employees and staff on fire safety measures, including the proper use of fire safety equipment and emergency response protocols. Ensure the effectiveness of safety equipment through periodic inspection, audit, and training. Maintain SOPs for safety and environmental management. Ensure proper documentation for ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and OHSAS 18001 certifications. Collaboration with different teams for the implementation of requirements of ISO 14001, 45001. Advanced diploma in Industrial Safety from the State Technical Education Board compulsory. NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety. Strong knowledge of EHS laws, regulations, and compliance standards in India.
