Additionally, you will need to coordinate with third-party vendors for larger repairs or inspections, such as HVAC, pest control, landscaping, and fire systems. Maintaining parking lots, lighting, signage, service bays, car wash areas, and customer waiting areas will also be essential aspects of your role. In the event of facility-related service calls and emergencies, you must respond promptly. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies will be crucial.
