Your Mission As a Sales Operations Analyst with deep HubSpot technical expertise, you are both the strategic backbone of our high-velocity sales team and the technical architect behind our CRM and integrations. You’ll own the data, workflows, and integrations that fuel our revenue engine, ensuring HubSpot is configured and optimized as the company’s single source of truth. Your mission is twofold: 1. Empower our US-based sales team with flawless data, documentation, and processes that free them to focus on engaging prospects and closing deals. 2. What You'll Do Sales Operations & CRM Excellence - Build & Refine Prospect Lists: Conduct targeted research to build comprehensive lists of key decision-makers within our target verticals (K-12 Schools, Correctional Facilities, Senior Living). - Data Enrichment & Verification: Use Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other tools to enrich leads with accurate data. - CRM Hygiene & Adoption: Own HubSpot data integrity and drive adoption across the sales team. - RFP/RFI Response Support: Manage a library of standardized answers and ensure precise submissions. - Reporting & Analysis: Generate reports on pipeline health, prospecting activity, and data quality. - Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements for research, data management, and documentation.
