What You'll Do Sales Operations & CRM Excellence - Build & Refine Prospect Lists: Conduct targeted research to build comprehensive lists of key decision-makers within our target verticals (K-12 Schools, Correctional Facilities, Senior Living). - Data Enrichment & Verification: Use Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other tools to enrich leads with accurate data. - CRM Hygiene & Adoption: Own HubSpot data integrity and drive adoption across the sales team. - RFP/RFI Response Support: Manage a library of standardized answers and ensure precise submissions. - Reporting & Analysis: Generate reports on pipeline health, prospecting activity, and data quality. - Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements for research, data management, and documentation.
