Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Services Engineer based in Delhi, India. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for field service tasks, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing technical support to clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting preventive maintenance, delivering exceptional customer service, and collaborating with other engineering teams to resolve client issues effectively. Qualifications Field Service and Troubleshooting skills Technical Support and Preventive Maintenance skills Customer Service skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks Experience in safety audits, inspections, or project management consultancy is a plus Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field
