Company Description Safeco Hygiene Films Pvt. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Head located in Savli. The Production Head will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production floor, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards. Key tasks include managing production schedules, coordinating with various departments, monitoring inventory levels, and implementing process improvements. The Production Head will also be involved in training and supervising production staff to maintain a high standard of productivity and safety. Qualifications Experience in production management and process optimization Knowledge of quality control standards and production scheduling Strong leadership and team management skills Proficiency in inventory management and supply chain coordination Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work effectively on-site in a manufacturing environment Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production Management, or a related field Experience in the hygiene product manufacturing industry is a plus
