safari luggage is very good product, as i am using luggage since 10 year and recommend for purchase, product quality is very good, company give 5years replacement warranty on manufacture defect, very fast customer service.

Cheap quality products made by safari and not giving any response about warranty and repairing. customer support also so bad and cheap they will say always it not covered under warranty then what's under warranty they all making fool us

Worst customer service from safari bags.They have sent damaged product and are not initiating the return pickup.Have been talking to their representatives since the last 3 weeks with no solution yet.

Useless bags are manufactured by them. Stitching were bad, inner coating was coming out in just 2 months. Tried calling their service centre no response. Don't buy anything from them.

I have do the complain for damaged bags and safari team not replying since a month. I think warranty is only for customer attraction not for repair/replacement.
