About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Executive to support our growing user base across our spiritual wellness brands – Astro Sadhguru Mantra and Dharmic Manifestation. The role involves direct communication with customers and leads from consultations, webinars, and events. This is a high-energy role requiring both communication and coordination skills. Key Responsibilities:● Engage with leads and customers via WhatsApp, calls, and emails ● Share consultation, pooja, and event details with prospects ● Follow up for bookings and conversions ● Handle basic invoicing, payments, and transaction coordination ● Manage and moderate WhatsApp communities ● Handle customer queries and nurture relationships to drive trust and retention ● Guide customers on post-sale upgrades, add-on services, and offers ● Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-up needs ● Collaborate with marketing and operations for seamless customer experience Who Can Apply:● Freshers are welcome; experience in customer support is a plus ● Fluent in Hindi and English – both written and spoken ● Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, basic email communication ● Good interpersonal and listening skills ● Interest in astrology/spirituality is a plus but not mandatory
