Key Responsibilities E-commerce Catalog Management: Maintain and add product catalogs across our e-commerce platforms Product Content & Creative: Develop Product content - titles, descriptions, and imagery to improve user experience, brand alignment, and conversion rates. Website Management: Support the maintenance and optimization of the company’s direct-to-consumer (D2C) website. Operational Support: Assist in day-to-day e-commerce operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. Sales Promotions & Campaigns: Coordinate the execution of sales events, discounts, and coupon campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team. SEO & Content: Conduct keyword research, implement on-page SEO strategies, and enhance content and creatives across the website to boost engagement and visibility. Digital PR Support: Contribute to digital public relations initiatives, including outreach and brand visibility efforts. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree or certification in Digital Marketing/E-commerce is a plus. Good with conceptualizing Digital content & creatives. The person must ideally have done a previous internship or an assignment in social media / content creation. The intern in this role will be responsible for creating impactful & engaging content like IG Posts, Reels & Videos for SacredFig's social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube & Linkedin. The Intern will be responsible for conceptualising & executing shoots (product shoots, video shoots) and therefore must have a good understanding on creating content independently. S/he will help the team in managing social platforms and communication tasks, creating social media calendar & assist with influencer marketing programmes.
