What You'll Do Interact with prospective students and guide them in selecting the right UG & PG courses. Convert inquiries into successful admissions through effective counseling. Handle walk-ins, calls, and follow-ups with professionalism and empathy. Keep student records updated in CRM and ensure smooth communication throughout. Consistently achieve enrollment targets while creating a great student experience. What We're Looking For Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech sales or student counseling. Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal. Strong interpersonal abilities and a knack for building trust. Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently as well as in a team. Willingness to work 6 days a week (Sunday fixed off).
