As an Orthopedic Surgeon joining our team full-time, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions, performing surgical procedures, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough assessments to diagnose injuries and disorders affecting the musculoskeletal system, analyzing imaging and diagnostic test results to inform treatment plans, and performing a range of orthopedic surgeries such as joint replacements, fracture repairs, and arthroscopic procedures while adhering to best practices and safety standards. You will oversee patient recovery, manage postoperative care, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Collaboration with physical therapists, primary care physicians, and other healthcare professionals will be essential to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans. Additionally, you will provide clear information to patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and postoperative care instructions. Continuous improvement is encouraged as you stay updated on the latest advancements in orthopedic surgery and integrate new techniques and technologies into your practice. Your educational background should include an M.S ORTHOPAEDIC SURGEON OR DNB ORTHOPAEDICS qualification, along with a valid medical license and board certification in orthopedic surgery from the Gujarat Medical council. We are looking for a candidate with demonstrated experience in performing various orthopedic surgeries and a track record of successful patient outcomes. Strong surgical skills, analytical abilities, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
